Being a member of LGITVH is a blessing for me and also gives me a lot of new experiences about the culture and working environment.

My first impression of LGIT is that the company has a very thorough and detailed training schedule for newcomers. It helps new employees like me not only understand the company's rules, regulations, and regimes, but also provide background information on the technical process so that I can keep up with the new standards and work faster.
